Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 6/15/06 by Sponsor whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail on/about 6 /15/06. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes: (1) Grand Prize A 5-day/4-night trip to Pink Shell Beach Resort and Spa ("Hotel") in Fort Myers, Florida for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) adult guest consisting of: Round trip coach air transportation for two (2) between the major U.S. airport nearest winner's home and Fort Myers International Airport in Fort Myers, Florida (Sponsor in its sole discretion reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if the winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of Fort Myers, Florida, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and will award no additional compensation in place of the cost of air transportation); four (4) nights at the Hotel (1) standard Gulf-front room for both Winner and guest); Winner and guest will each receive two (2) spa treatments at the Hotel, a wave-runner dolphin tour, daily breakfast at the Hotel, and one (1) dinner meal at the Hotel. Winner also will receive a $500 check. (Total Approximate Retail Value=$4,600). Actual prize value may vary depending on Winner's city of departure and final travel itinerary. Travel arrangements must be made a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to date of departure and are subject to availability. Blackout dates and other travel/accommodation/activity restrictions may apply. Winner will be responsible for all meals other than those specified as part of the Grand Prize, insurance, incidentals, upgrades, gratuities, ground transportation other than that described above and for any other expenses, including federal, state and local taxes, not specifically stated herein. Trip must be completed by 12/24/06 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Miscellaneous No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of any prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within (5) days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension at its discretion, select the winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension.
